Design is leadership, which has often been confused with just making things look good. In our experience, this is not the whole story. Removing visual definition, design reveals itself as a method for leadership. To lead is to envision the future. And then work at it systematically to make it happen. And that’s what we as designers do every day.

Leadership and design are both processes of social influence that make the future real. Our clients and partners come to us to help steer them in the right direction. Our methodology combines analysis, envisioning, prototyping, and continuous learning. It provides a path from a rough idea to a detailed solution. And a clear way to separate a new direction from the tracks already well-trod.
